Dear Kent, all,

Just to avoid any nomenclature confusion, it is doubtful that a full Readiness Review will take place in 2015 for PREX-II. What we are aiming at, however, is for a review of the radiation shielding to take place hopefully in the first quarter. This is absolutely a part of the Readiness process (see http://www.jlab.org/user_resources/PFX/NP-PFX/index.html), and a critical part for this experiment. Based on this flow chart, I would say that we are in "Design Phase" III.D.,E. The Readiness Review is in the "Scheduling Phase", around V.D. I really apologize for being so pedantic - just want to make sure that we are all on the same page.

There will be a PREX/CREX collaboration meeting at Jefferson Lab on December 15 & 16.  The goal of the meeting is to prepare for a Readiness Review, which will be scheduled for early 2015.  

In accordance with the current JLab policy on collaboration meetings, please register before the meeting as described below.
