[Halla_parity] PREX Collaboration Meeting

We are looking to schedule a PREX/CREX collaboration meeting in the upcoming months.  The plan is for a 1.5 day meeting on Monday-Tuesday August 24-25, or else on the back-up date of Friday-Saturday September 18-19.  

The primary purpose for this meeting is to assess our preparations for a review of the experimental configuration.  Our goal is to be ready for a review of the scattering chamber and radiation control design by the end of September.

For simplicity, I’ve set up a Doodle poll to record your availability. Feel free to send me any additional information in email (possible remote participation, if one of the two days will work, etc.) .
