[Halla_parity] Work disk cleanup

Dear Parity analysis folks (in Hall A)

Ole Hansen sent around an email explaining that we're getting a
new work disk with quotas per group.  Our usage had exceeded the
quota, so I deleted (after backing up) some old files from people
who are gone from JLab.  Nothing was lost, though, as it is all
in the MSS (mass storage system -- tape silo).  Some details
of what was deleted and how to recover it are here:
