Summary of meeting.

1. Using production runs Khem will put a cut on good protons  
identified in the  Delta E-E bar and a cut on the timing peak with  
accidentals subtracted. Using these two cuts, the tracking algorithm  
will be used to identify tracks associated with protons from these  
cuts. Do this with many bars and you can  establish a pattern of  
relative tracking efficiency over the entire detector acceptance.

2) The same procedure can be used with the elastic scattering protons  
over smaller range of acceptance but with a higher signal to noise.

3) If there is a problem, with the tracking algorithm, it might not  
show up this way, particularly if the dictionary of comparison tracks  
has not been updated. This has to be checked and updated  if neededl.
