[Halla_root] New analyzer version available

Dear colleague,

a new version of the Hall A C++ analyzer, 1.5.24, is now available on
the Hall A software web page at

http://hallaweb.jlab.org/podd

Notably, this version includes experimental support for Mac OS X. Yes,
that means that you can now do one more cool thing with your Macbook!

Please see the ChangeLog on the web (also included with the
distribution) for the list of changes (mostly small bugfixes).

Additionally, the SDK has been updated, and at least the top-level web
page has been partly rewritten. Some of the software web pages are
clearly outdated. We will make an effort to bring things up to date in
January.
