Hi all,

I arranged with Mark so we have a DAQ meeting every two weeks and there
will be the analysis software meeting on the other week.

I was thinking those meetings are useful to keep track of progress.

Steve would like to discuss about the DVCS electronics readiness review.

Kalyan, could you give an update about HRS status ?

And we will go through the updated to do list.

Feel free to stop by and present or raise any issues and forward to people
who might be interested.
