[Halla_running] machine operation is suspended

Dear All,

 An incident in the Hall D tagger area this afternoon which involved 
a serious violation of Hall access procedures, led to the immediate cancellation of machine operation. 
A fact finding team has been formed.
We will have further notice tomorrow at the MCC meeting. 
I will keep informing you later.
All shifts (except TO) are currently cancelled until tomorrow morning.
