[Halla_running] Update on Hall status

Here is an update on the Hall status:

1. Hall is currently closed for checking a power supply in the Hall-A
beamline.  It will will remain closed until the work is done. 

2. MCC short term schedule currently says tune beam to Hall A on Friday.
Shift crew will be informed about the latest status of the shifts later today.

3. Contact RC if you need an access to the Hall. A task list is posted on
the counting house white board.
