[Halla_running] Commissioning run plan

Dear All,

 Significant changes have been made to the run plan due to the latest information obtained from MCC today. (See the whiteboard for details.) 

 First, commissioning in the hall will begin with this weekend's running (March 22 & 23). We will have pulsed beam all weekend. HRS check-out will use solid targets. Also, the beam will be steered through the Compton chicane during the day shift on Sunday. CW beam to the hall will begin on Monday.

 We will cool down the target during the day shift on Tuesday, March 25. The preferred time to perform the high-current boiling study is Friday, March 28. Beginning on Monday, March 31 MCC will begin their effort to deliver 6 GeV beam to the hall (an accelerator milestone). The availability of beam during the week of March 31st is unpredictable, so it is necessary to schedule the top-priority tasks for next week. The updated run plan was filled in with these constraints in mind.

 There are several other tasks that will be completed when time and conditions allow. These will be decided upon by the expert in charge as the run progresses.

 Please find attached an updated run plan for the commissioning beam time. Any concerns should be brought up quickly as we expect beam on Monday.
