[Halla_running] update for 3/27

Last night we received up to 5 uA CW beam. Bob checked-out raster and BPM
signals, and they looked normal. We took some data with BeO target. MCC
had some vacuum issues this morning when beam current was increased to go
up to 10uA. We are currently waiting for MCC to finish tune/optimize the
CW beam to be able to go to higher currents for target boiling studies. 

A rough plan for rest of today/tomorrow/weekend:

1. Take sieve data (carbon target) with LHRS at 3 GeV/c, continue
checkout with RHRS.
2. Do BCM calibration at high currents
3. If #2 is successful, then do target boiling studies
4. Moller measurement 
5. Move LHRS to 28 degrees to measure (e,e') elastic at E'=3 GeV/c

Step #4 and #5 can be swapped. HRS checkout will continue to be done
throughout steps #1 and #2.

There are few empty target operator shifts on Fri/Sat/Sun. We need trained TO's help in filling these shifts.
