[Halla_running] [New Logentry] No target cooldown today (Thursday)

I just spoke with the target group - there will be no target cooldown today. The target group will spend the rest of today trying to diagnose the issues they faced with the attempted cooldown this morning. This means all hands-on, target practical sessions will be cancelled for Thursday. There is a chance (but not a certainty) the target may be cooled down on Friday - Greg and J-P may schedule some make-up practical sessions if that is the case.

The lack of cryotarget means we will NOT need a target operator for Friday OWL shift. There is the possibility we will need an operator towards the end of Friday DAY shift.
