[Halla_running] 4PM Wed meeting moved to Th

Hello everyone,

We would like to postpone the 4PM meeting scheduled for today until
tomorrow at 4PM (same place, second floor of the counting house). We will
discus the updated schedule from the accelerator and the priorities for
Hall A when beam arrives.
