[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status Update

Here is a short update on the status of the accelerator and the Hall. The CHL pumpdown is finished and the injector work has started for setting up beam into the accelerator. After this is done, the machine setup will start this afternoon, which might go on until later Friday (or even early Saturday). After the machine setup is done the beam will be setup for Hall B (1-pass) first, and then to Hall A (2-pass). If things go smoothly with the second pass extraction to Hall A we might get beam on Saturday. We plan to close the Hall on Friday afternoon. All shifts until Friday SWING remain cancelled. As of now we plan to have shift crew on Saturday and Sunday, but I'll keep you posted if things change. If you are working on HRS or any other subsystems, please check to make sure that everything works before we close the Hall tomorrow.
