[Halla_running] resume the beam last night and today's plan

Dear All,

We had a quite stable 5uA beam during the OWL shift although we struggled 
with BPM(Carbon hole) and beam current monitor at the beginning of SWING.
We have checked/verified the both HARPs(1H04A/B) are functioning with showing three peaks from fit.
Using 3x3 raster, we saw the clear carbon hole in order to make sure beam is center wrt target.
Through the OWL shift, optics data has been collected with RHRS.

Today, Compton will be scheduled starting around 11:00AM (wit 5-20uA depends MCC) + Moller measurement(<1uA)
Depending these, cryo target cool down will be scheduled either Friday or Monday. (Not sure status of ESR)

We will have a 4:00PM meeting at the second floor CH.
