[Halla_running] Status and Run plan tonight

Dear All,

Since 6:30PM, we closed up the Hall and beam permit.

1/ Cryo-target cool down is completed (now[07:53PM], ~19K....)
2/ LQ1 cool down is still underway (perhaps till tomorrow mid morning)
- remain off-line
3/ LHRS is located at 25.32(deg)
4/ Sieve slit on LHRS is installed.
5/ cycle RQ2, RQ3

SWING and OWL plan
(1) Verify beam position with Carbon hole target (pay attention to position of hole compare with before Cryo-target cool down)
(2) If beam is centered, move "optics" target with 20uA (or higher) stable beam
(3) Assume stable 20uA, take only RHRS[RHRSadaq2.conf, ps1=1, rest=0] data 12runs * 1hr = 12hrs in total.
(Note that data taking time is scaled by beam current. e.g. if we have a stable 40uA -> 6hrs in total)
(4) extra run#1 : change Q1=167.73A @ 20uA, 1hr
(5) extra run#2 : turn off Q1 @ 20uA, 1hr
