Hi, and best wishes for 2015.

since the experiment are not running I would like to hold the DAQ meeting
every two weeks, we will resume experiment meeting at some point when we
feel it is needed.

For people on this mailing list who took shifts feel free to unsuscribe or
ask me to unsuscribe you from halla_running list, you can resuscribe later
when you take shifts in case you don't want to receive notifications about
preparations of the next run. For people I added the mail address and are
not in the mailing list you can subscribe at :

So that this list is convenient to reach people involved in experiment
preparation without spamming the whole collaboration.

I was thinking people could present a short presentation on the different
DAQ work going on and a status.

That would be nice to have report :
-summary GMp ( any needs besides ) ( Kalyan ? )
-BCM / Unser ( Thir ? / Luke ?)
-DVCS electronics status ( Alexandre )
-Summary Compton DAQ ( Bob ? /Alexandre )
-EDTM (Barak ? or Longwu ?)
-F1 TDC ( Steve ? / Marco ? /  Alexandre )

There  a few other DAQ projects going on, if someone want to report on it
let me know, I will make a few slides:
-SBS Fastbus
-SBS GEM readout
-APEX SciFI FADC readout
-FADC test stand
-BigBite DAQ

We will make a list of the to-list for upcoming run and for next upcoming
Tritium experiment .
A few items I can think about :
-EDTM, I would like to use the ROC DP client server functionality to drive
it.
-FADC for Gas Cerenkov in Left HRS
-VDC HV

Some activities might benefit from each other ( APEX SciFi could reuse the
software developped by Bob for Compton FADC ), SBS GEM readout will be used
for tritium...

I will make a small agenda a bit later when I have confirmed updates.
