[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Present experiment status

No beam last night. Beam studies have been postponed. ACC wants to continue to work on getting beam to Hall A and D
so that they can investigate the problems with beam loss at 9S and work with the separator. If problems are still 
seen ACC will execute some of the beam studies test plans for investigating the problem.
 

Yesterday HRSR Q1 was fixed and is ready to go.
The girder for the 4A&B harps was found not to be grounded. It was grounded and we will see if this improves the harp.
The new quench circuit was installed on HRSL Q1 . Jack is still keeping the 3.2 GeV limit.
