[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A Status update -- Tuesday PM

TL;DR Alright, so Monday Swing and Tuesday Owl were a bit of a bust due to a CHL1 crash and vacuum problems in the SL.  Recovery took a while, but we started receiving beam again around 1:30pm.

We never did get (significant) beam back after the planned down that at 1pm.  Vacuum problems slowed recovery in Swing and the CHL crash knocked everything offline into late Owl.  Tuesday morning has been spent restoring optics and completing some work on Halls B and D.  Beam is now back into Hall A and we are continuing with the RQ1 momentum scan, followed by elastics production runs.  If things go well we expect to flip the LHRS momentum back to negative during beam studies on Wednesday Day shift and proceed with DVSC production.

There are some ongoing issues with the 1C18 harps, and continuing disagreements between the Accelerator BCMs and the Hall BCMs that are being looked into.

The Hall A 1:30pm RC report is attached.
