[Halla_running] Hall-A shift cancel tonight

Dear All,

Due to the site-wide power outage in this afternoon, I would like to cancel OWL shift(all shift crews) tonight[Mar.26:00:00-08:00].
Since target is already warmed up, TO will be canceled until tomorrow DAY shift.
Other SL and 3rd persons will be stand-by. I will let you know later.
