[Halla_running] update & shift cancel till Wednesday SWING

Dear All,

An updated news from MCC meeting in this morning:
There are two issues that MCC is dealing with.
(1) CHL2->SCN->NorthLinac: The CHL2->SCN hardware is in working order but not holding mode
(2) CHL1->SCM->SouthLinac: Hardware problem, need more investigation and on-going now.
 -(a) 2K cold box pressure increasing and trigger a trip... perhaps due to a contamination (building ice?)
 -(b) if so, where it comes from ?
 
There were some discussion in this morning about a single CHL mode setup machine.
The decision will be made later.
So, there is a BIG uncertainty to recover both CHLs in given time.

Notice:
(1) We will have a short meeting 4:00PM at 2nd floor Counting house.
(2) I cancel shifts till Wednesday[Apr.01] SWING.

Sorry for keep informing you a bad news.
Based on message from Arne, it seems they have more serious problems.
A short summary:
(1) CHL2->SCN->NorthLinac: The CHL2->SCN hardware is in working order.  
Analysis indicates the cause of these trips should be investigated carefully.
(2) CHL1->SCM->SouthLinac: failed pump down to 2K.  
Evidence is mounting that there is a likely physical problem with cold compressor
 #4 (CC4) in the SCM. 

Cryo is formulating plans this weekend which they will review with Ops on 
Monday morning to formulate a revised schedule.

I cancel all shifts (OWL/SAY/SWING) on Monday(Mar.30).
