[Halla_running] DVCS/GMp meeting at 4 pm

Hi All,

We will have a meeting at 4pm today on the second floor of the counting house to discuss the progress of the DVCS/GMp run. You can connect via Bluejeans following instructions below.

There has been no beam to Hall A since 9:00 am yesterday. We were hoping to come back at 2 pass during the owl shift but it did not happen. On the accelerator side it was decided to go through a thorough machine recovery procedure to ensure stability once the beam is restored to the halls.

The projection right now based on the MCC Scheduling Witheboard is that the machine recovery will take us through Tuesday swing and Wednesday owl shifts and possibly through Thursday and Friday.
