Dear All,

Although we had a raster(Ix) PS failure last night(resolved), overall we had a good time data taking during the weekend.
Today (as planned), we will have the 2nd trial of setup beam through Compton chicane.
Dave starts to warm up the laser, the beam tuning will be expected around noon.

There will be a kinematics changeover on Wednesday (Transition from DVCS to GMp)
Here is upcoming plan on Wednesday during the Beam study+ RF recovery...

** We have to discuss about the plan more detail in this 4PM meeting at the 2nd floor 
conference room CH. (Connection information in Bluejeans is followed by this email)

1/ Call controlled access 7:00AM and radiation survey
I spoke to Chris Curties in this morning for Calo. position survey. 
I am not sure if he needs a restricted or controlled. He will back to me with detail schedule later.
Jessie will join today's 4PM meeting for plan.

GMp needs a detector position survey after the end run.
DVCS Calo is required the position survey before de-stack.


** once survey is done, configuration change will be followed.

2/ Detector
GMp will change the LHRS angle (RHRS too ?) - Desired position/decision will be given later.
DVCS Calo. will be removed. / secure safe place in the Hall till end run.

3/ Beam
4Pass beam for GMp experiment (one pass setup till end run)
MCC will definitely try high current up to 60uA.
The BCM and mini-target boiling tests will be carried out.
