Beam was restored to Hall A around 16:50, and the beam restoration procedure was followed to check the beam spot on the
carbon hole target. This is after having lost beam around 9:30 this morning. Altogether since Friday morning, we have lost
about 18 hours due to various issues, including storms, raster power supply failures. Unfortunately, MCC is not able to deliver
60 uA due to BLA trips. They did some work to get stable beam up to 45 uA, but further work would probably require significant
time, especially for a weekend evening. Currently, we are taking production data at 45 uA. The Program Deputy indicated that
if an opportunity occurs, then additional work on getting Hall A back to 60 uA may happen.

Here's an Elog entry involving the beam status for Hall A:

However, I wouldn't say that 45 uA is "adequate to continue the program". It will be hard to get good statistics for the left
HRS kinematic point as things currently stand. The right HRS is adding statistics to the data we took parasitically with DVCS.

We will continue production data on the LH2 target until tomorrow afternoon, when we will take additional dummy target data.
