[Halla_running] experiment status and plans, RC mtg 4 pm

The experiments have run well lately; in the past 24 hours our
efficiency in terms of ABU has been about 90%.  The plan is to
simply keep running at these kinematics this weekend.

Yesterday we made an energy measurement.  I have not seen the
result (value, uncertainty) but apparently the experts were happy
with the data.

On Tuesday there will be a 4-hour long RF recovery.  We can have
access at that time.  Among other things we will try to fix the
vacuum in the Compton chicane, and may try to fix the laser, too.

We might do a Moller measurement next Wednesday, TBD.

We can have an RC meeting today at 4 pm (probably short).

There is a small problem that several shifts are not submitting
their BTA.  You can tell by doing a search (upper, right-hand
corner of logbook) for the string "BTA:" and observe which are
missing.  I think everyone fills it out (since MCC asks for
the info), but they probably forget to "sign" at the end.
Please check if your BTA is submitted, and fix it if not.
