[Halla_running] TO operator needed for the weekend

Hello everyone,

I am happy to report that the accelerator is continuing it's stellar
performance (we even had a full hour of uninterrupted beam today
https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3444895) and we are having high data taking
efficiency.

However, to continue this through the weekend we need to fill our still
open 3 TO shifts. If you have time please consider signing up.
