Dear everyone,

We have been getting 10 uA of 4-pass beam overnight and up through
about 11:00 this morning. We took a Moller measurement, and are now
recovering the normal beam tune in preparation for optics target
and bullseye scan running.

We will have an RC meeting today at 4pm in the 2nd floor conference
room in the Counting House.

We need to be identifying what special tasks need to be done before
the end of the run. Here's a brief list:
1) Energy measurement:
Bogdan tells me GMp needs an error of 5e-4 on the energy,
for which Doug says we need to do a dispersive energy
	measurement.
2) Pointing runs & bullseye scan
These should be happening this afternoon.

At this point, we do not plan to attempt the BCM calibration
again. OPS seems to have trouble getting much above 20 uA to
us, and that doesn't give enough lever-arm to make a useful
cross-check against the earlier calibration.

The beam for physics is scheduled to end at 04:00 on Owl
shift on Wednesday. There will be beam studies from then until
08:00. I do not yet know if OPS will wish to put beam into
the hall during the beam studies.

Please contact me if you have any questions or suggestions about
the run plan.

Thank you,
Paul King. (the current RC)
