[Halla_running] shift needs filling

Dear collaborators,

As I'm stepping into the RC role tomorrow, I wanted to say hi, and thank 
everyone for having filled almost all of the shifts during my upcoming 
stint as RC. The only real problem we have is Thursday swing (on 2/18) 
where we need an experienced shift leader to sign up. Please consider 
doing so if you are able.

There is another opening on Sunday day shift (2/21) but I have a 
volunteer who is willing to take it if no one else does.
