[Halla_running] RC meeting today at 4

Just a reminder that we'll have an on-site meeting at 4pm in the Counting 
House conference room (2nd floor).  We'll run Bluejeans so offsite people can 
connect. Connection instructions are at the bottom of the email.

Today after summarizing our status briefly, I'd like to go over the
remaining Optics run plan, the timing for going to 4-pass, and the
4-pass run plan.

I think we need to start the transition to 4-pass by at least noon
tomorrow, and I'd prefer 9 am.  The difference will depend on what
mission-critical Optics steps can be done between 9 am to noon.
But, I'm just the RC, and that's just my opinion.
