Yesterday there was a successful energy measurement. Also a Moller measurement and a spin dance. And a few hours of production. There was a lot of ACC down time, too.

Today there are beam studies lasting 6 hours. The HRS magnets should be ramped down at 7:45. Radcon will survey the hall and we'll go into controlled access. Everyone needing to go into the hall MUST check with the shift leader, who has a list of priorities. The top priority is to fix things critical to the running of the experiment. Since there are only 10 keys, please minimize the size of your work crew. After beam studies we will return to production data taking.

The elastic calorimeter calibration is pushed off to next week. We'll need to do another pointing run at some point, and the R-HRS procedure should be followed (this is documented somewhere, but I'm not sure where at the moment): lower the momentum to achieve a higher rate, turn the raster off, etc.

If the MCC can achieve 30 uA (min) to 60 uA (desired), we may schedule the BCM calibration and the boiling tests. It is invasive to hall D. More on that later.

run coordinator
