[Halla_running] [New Logentry] BCM calibration is postponed

Since delay establishing the beam (still uncertainty of beam current, how high they can go..) and Hall-D is ready to take beam, we postpone the BCM calibration next time.
Instead, we jump to the next step, Dave and Yves are trying to establish the beam through Compton chicane.
