[Halla_running] no 4PM meetings until next week

Hello everyone,

As I reported earlier the accelerator down is scheduled to last until Th
next week. From the 8AM meeting it seemed that things were on track with
the Cryo work.

Arne made an elog entry with the summary of the 11AM meeting today with

Since there is nothing happening in the hall, there is no reason to hold
the regular 4PM meetings until next week. Depending on how the work is
progressing we may restart these meetings earlier next week.
