  Dear all,

  The work at the CHL is making good progress, good enough that there is
  a significant chance that the beam will be back for physics on sunday,
  in the most optimistic scenario.

  We now forsee to cool down the Hall A target on friday and get ready for
  beam on sunday. Of course, this may be postponed further if any issue
  appears at the CHL, which is unfortunately not a negligible probability.

  At this time, all shifts up to friday noon are canceled.
