[Halla_running] RC Meeting Today at 4 PM

Dear collaborators:

We will have our usual 4:00 PM RC Meeting today at the 2nd floor counting
house.

Some updates:
- We moved the Left HRS to ~24 degrees
- Many opportunistic accesses happened
- Had issues rebooting Left HRS crate (Alex called us to tell us which are
down) Ethan put an ioc on a network power strip.

Things to discuss today:
- Whiteboard has Hall A in 5pass starting on 11/12 ???
