Hi all,

MCC had issues with beam delivery overnight and they still have a few
things to do before handing control over to us.  At the moment we are in
Controlled Access to allow the Target group to investigate an issue with
the Loop 3 fan performance.  

The hope is that we will return to Beam Permit early SWING, let MCC
complete their procedures and begin the Beamline Commissioning runplan
laid out here:

We should anticipate opening the Hall again during daytime hours either
Wed or Thursday for ~8 hours to allow Jack to install replacement
controls hardware in the Right Dipole power supply, and certify correct
operation.  Stay tuned for the final schedule.
