[Halla_running] [New Logentry] status update

Quick update:
Currently accelerator is under recovery mode from the 2k cold box trip and RF PS failure. It will take some(?) time.
Short term plan for us;
Whenever beam is restored to Hall-A, we resume the rest of 1pass optics with 42 degree angle of LHRS and R1 of RHRS, which will take 3-4hrs.

Once these are completed, immediately, we ask for 4pass beam (the pass change procedure will take 4hrs...)
