[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall-A Status Update on 12/07/2017

 1) The Accelerator had a 5th pass separator issue that prevented them from sending beam to D&B at the same time, so they decided to set up the beam for Hall-A and C during the midnight. The beam had successfully reached to the dumplette before the Hall. We were not able to take any tune beam because the targets are still warm.

 2) Hall-C is cooling down the magnets and targets now. After they finish, hopefully our target can be cooled down as soon as possible. Dave's plan is to start the cool-down on Friday morning. Today's shifts are all cancelled, as well as the Friday-owl shift. During the Friday day-shift, TO has to come in (can be slightly late), while SL+3rd are on standby. But if any miracle happens and we are ahead of the schedule (unlikely), I will start calling in TO when we are about to cool down the target, and then I will call in SL+3rd as well if we are about to have beam.

 3) We will have our regular 4PM running meeting at the second floor of the counting house. I will send out BlueJean info soon.
