[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall-A Status Update on 12/08/2017

1) MCC is  setting up 1 pass beam to Hall-C, and meanwhile, continuously diagonalizing the RF Separators on 2nd and 5th pass in this morning.  they will still try to send the 2nd pass beam to Hall-A today. Depending on how it goes, the Accelerator Division is working with Physics Division to prepare few options for running on this wekend, e.g. there may be just 3-halls running.

2) HRSs magnets are mostly cold except LD1. Once it is done, we will decide when to power on the magnets,, but before that, Hall A techs need to check the power-supplies (ongoing).

3) Dave is down in the hall to fix the target cooling issue. Hopefully we can cool down targets by the end of the day.

4) Day-shift is cancelled. Swing-shift crews are expected to come on time, but I may change the plan dependings on the situation of the target-work and the beam. I will email the shfit workers if they don't need to show up or can show up later. 

5) The hall is still in controlled access and there are more than two teams working in the hall (Dave, techs). Please consult with RC first before you go into the hall.

6) We need to plan the commissioning tasks over the weekends. The optics-run may requires Hall-A techs and RadCon people to assist us over the weekend.
