[Halla_running] Ar(ee'p) Meeting Second Floor counting house 4 PM Monday February 13th

Hello,

Let's meet today at 4 PM at second floor counting house, so we can have
updates about preparation of experiment.
Hot check out should happen this after afternoon around 3 PM so hall A will
be closed for most of swing shift.

So far beam is still scheduled for Hall A for Friday.
