Let's have a short meeting today in the second floor counting house conference room to discuss the status and final steps before starting the Ar(e,e')p run.

--Notes from 1:30 meeting--
Lockup and hot checkout today begins at 3pm.
They plan to try out RF separated first pass (to IC05) beam before 3:00pm Thursday.
Final Hall A lockup: 3:00pm Thursday. "Steer and Match Hall A" during Swing shift on Thursday.
Hall A target cooldown: Friday Day shift.
