[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall-A status and Hope

>From MCC meeting today, MCC will *try* to tune the beam for *HALL-A* once beam is robust at Hall-C and D. 
They will try what ever maximum beam current machine can bring up...
Hall-A will run and take data even with few uA current.
This is good news ! All staff are in currently counting room. Although target is still park-mode.
Note that when beam is on, please follow the instruction give halog: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3466702
We need solid target first any way, this will help to warm up the Ar target to become gas.
