[Halla_running] NO 4PM meeting Today && shift cancel SWING/OWL

Dear All,


As you might know, MCC is trying to recover the 2K cold box trip. The investigation continues and any repair action will carry on.
This means Hall-A will have no beam till tomorrow morning.  Therefore, I cancel all shifts(SL/TO/3RD) for SWING/OWL tonight.
HOWEVER, DAY shift takers (Saturday) should come !
Target will be at park-mode again, J.P. will help to do this after target training.
Doug will check the update with MCC tomorrow early morning, then he will decide either release the target or keep it freeze till problem resolved.

Meanwhile, we are going to move the spectrometers with KIN6. (same momentum sets (KIN1) for both e and p but different angles)
thetaL = 27.5, thetaR= -53.0
RadCon group already starts to survey with Hall-A techs.

Since this weekend plan is clear, we don't have 4PM meeting today (unless any urgent discussion needed).
