[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Right HRS scripts start of run still not working even in synchronous mode

The workaround used on LHRS is not working on RHRS.

If you want to keep the run informations and the start of run GUI does not appear, launch the script by hand for now for RHRS :

/adaqfs/halla/adaq/scripts/start_run_R

I will check with DAQ group and try to fix it.
