Hi All,
Starting tomorrow (Thursday) at 8am, Hall A will switch to the e'p coincidence experiment. The shift requirement has been updated for this spring extension run period (up to May 6th). Below is the message from Thia Keppel :
"
10 shifts taken any time over the *entire* Fall 2017/Spring 2018 tritium commissioning run (i.e. including the extension) will earn authorship on all publications of any data obtained during this period.
The number of shifts required for authorship on the quasi-elastic (e,e'p) experiment alone will be 5 shifts.
The above calculations are subject to the standard credit bonuses for significant contribution (like building a tritium target!), night shifts weighted by 2, etc.
Note that the 10 shift number is a bargain now - sign up early! sign up often!
"
We still have a couple of openings on shift schedule, please hurry up to sign up!! See link below.
