>From Friday till this morning 8a.m we are finished data taking in the "fast" kinematic setting at low missing momentum. The beam was fairly stable during Friday/Saturday.
We took about 10h of data on Tritium and Helium and 4h on deuterium. Due to an issue with sync of the event recording on Thursday night which was resolved (see https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3559929) some of the deuterium data was retaking this night.
The plan for today is the following:
1. Moving LHRS to 17.8 degrees to take at least 1h elastic hydrogen data and data on He3 and Tritium till 13:00.
2. At 13:00 we will have Hall access to move the RHRS to the "slow" kinematic setting at 58.5 degrees at 1.246GeV/c momentum and the LHRS will be moved back to 20.88.
3. Start data taking in "slow" kinematics for the remaining of the beam time.
Furthermore, a BCM calibration is planned tonight if we have quite stable beam.
As usual please check out the shift schedule and fill out the empty spots (https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/physics/shiftSchedule/?experimentRunId=TRITON-2017)
