[Halla_running] Full shift crew needed starting SWING today

Hello everyone,

The PD informed me that the machine retune has been going very well. They
are currently retuning 4th pass and expect to deliver some beam into the
hall sometime during SWING today.

We plan to lock up the hall sometime this afternoon to be ready for beam.
