[Halla_running] Open shift spots for Marathon run

Hello everyone,

Marathon is currently running smoothly, and may hopefully continue to do
so for the next few days.
There are many open shift spots scattared around for the next few days. If
you are available, your help will be greatly appreciated!
If you want to do so, go to:

https://misportal.jlab.org/idp/Authn/UserPassword

and provide your CUE username and password, as usual!

The big "blind spots" are:

Monday, Feb. 19th, Day (all 3 shift crews to be staffed)

Tuesday, Feb. 20th, Day (all 3 shift crews to be staffed)
                    Swing (SL and 3rd to be staffed)

Most other shifts are staffed with 2 out of 3, but if 2 heads are better
than 1, then 3 heads are better than 2, so you can sign up anyways!
