[Halla_running] Daily Hall A run meeting

Hello all,

We switched to the H3 target this morning and started the H3 data taking
for column 13. The accelerator is down due to a vacuum problem in NL as of
now, and it will take ~30-60min to recover.

till, we have been making progress, and we need shift crew to keep this
momentum going. There are many missing shift spots, especially SL and TO
next week. Please sign up for the upcoming shifts if you are available:
