[Halla_running] [Revised Logentry] Ready for Lock Up

The Hall A tech staff completed their work in the hall, and MCC has been notified, that the Hall is ready to be locked up.  

Target Cooldown will start around 9 tomorrow morning. It will take most of the day shift. TO for tomorrow day was notified, after tomorrow day, a TO will be required 24/7 until further notice. 

We will learn more about the status of the accelerator and the high current test tomorrow morning.
