Beam has been taken away since 8:30 this morning for the beam study. It is scheduled for total 4h. It will start with injector study for the first 1h and followed by 1C12 calibration that will send tune beam to the hall. We will take BPM pedestal run and dummy data as possible.
We have experienced beam position instability when beam comes back from downtime or harp scan. There is an entry that the Hall A laser did not restore properly few times per each shift even though Hall A Laser Mode indicates CW. See elog post: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3620358. Experts will look into this during the injector study.
Once beam comes back, we will take data for the raster calibration including a carbon hole run.
Tomorrow there will be system recovery for 4h starting from 8:30. We plan to have a controlled access for the aerogel work (estimated for 4h). Anyone else needs access tomorrow, please let the RC know.
There might be also an opportunity to take the Hall A walkthrough training during the access. If anyone interested in, please contact Doug (doug at jlab.org).

Data taken so far:
Hydrogen: ~500 of lambda counts (50% of the goal)
Trititum: ~20% of total charge goal
Reminder:
- Pay attention to the beam stability (BPMs, energy lock/FFB) and raster.
- Check the truck ramp door indicator (orange cone in the camera screen) from time to time
