[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Hall Status:
The target 15k transfer line was fixed on Monday. Cool down started around 9am this morning.
Hall is still in restricted access for target cool down and magnets check.

Plan:
We are expecting to have the target ready before this swing shift. Then we will ramp up magnets, go through Tritium phase 1,2,3 , and take production data till next Morning.
At 8am Wednesday we will go back to phase 2 for the MCC high current test. Meanwhile we will install sieves slits on both arms to collect optics data. We will go back to production.before noon.
